GM Wholesale FAQ’S


Our Wholesale FAQ covers most of the questions we are asked by our customers. If you have a question which isn’t covered below please reach out to us at We look forward to being of assistance. 


The Basics 

  • Is every GretMol or Skone product available wholesale? 

In the majority of cases yes. Sometimes we may have discontinued a product you can still see selling online or in retail stores. With a reasonable MOQ we may able to still get a discontinued product. Please contact us for more details.


  • Who should I contact if I have a product related query? 

Please reach out to us via telephone, email or the contact form and we will respond as soon as possible.


  • I’m a private individual and not a business, can I shop with 

Sadly not, is a wholesale only platform for businesses and traders. You can find our products at retailers such as Takealot, Zando as well as our own Skone and GretMol websites.


  • Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit cards and bank transfer. For wholesale credit card orders we will charge an extra fee to cover our processing costs. Bank Transfer tends to be the cheapest option


  • How long does it take to ship my order? 

We ship all orders as soon as we can, normally within 2 working days of receiving your order. If the items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you to let you know it is on back order with an estimated lead time. We prioritise shipping back orders to our customers as we are aware that the current shipping and supply chain issues are having a profound impact on all of our customers and partners.


  • Can I order from both the Skone and GretMol product ranges together? 

You can indeed and many of our customers do order both together


  • I am interested in buying your products with my own private branding on, can you assist with this? 

Yes we can. This is subject to MOQs and we quote for this on an individualised basis.


  • Can I dropship your products? 

You can sell via your own ecommerce store. Sadly we do not permit selling our products on well-known 3rd party platforms such as, MyRunway, OneDayOnly and select other platforms. We already have established relationships with these retailers. Should you be interested in buying products with your own branding to sell on the aforementioned platforms we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.



Technical Stuff


  • Can I download your catalogue? 

We do not yet have a PDF catalogue, please sign up for our newsletter and we will email you when we have a downloadable PDF catalogue. For the time-being the website is fully searchable. If there is something you are looking for we do not have in stock, please do not hesitate to contact us.


  • Which courier companies do you use?

We use a mix of outsourced courier companies and our distribution, depending on the size of the order and when you are based. We will send you a tracking number if your order is sent with a courier. If your order is to be delivered via our own couriers, our courier will contact you in advance to confirm you will be available to receive delivery.


  • Where do you have physical distribution of your products?

We have Distribution Centres in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. Both of our Distribution Centres generally carry the full range of our products. Sometimes one may be out of stock, we will contact you to inform you if there will be a delay moving products between Distribution Centres. 


  • Can I collect my order in person? 

You can, please await confirmation that your order is ready. 


  • Can I send my own courier to collect my order?

You can, please await confirmation that your order is ready. If needed we can supply the weight and dimensions of the parcels before you book the collection.


  • An item is out of stock but I would like to order it, what do I do? 

You can place an order and we will put it on back order. We will provide you with an ETA for when the order will be ready. In order to reserve stock in this way it needs to be paid for in full.


  • Do you offer free shipping?

Not at the moment for wholesale orders, though if you order a very large order or a full container of products we can negotiate this. 


  • Do I have to sign a reseller agreement? 

Yes, we have a simple reseller agreement outlining the basic rights and responsibilities of each party. It further clarifies where you can sell our products online and where you can’t


  • What are your payment terms?

All orders are paid in full before they are shipped. Large private label orders may be negotiable, this will depend on the size of the order and our previous working relationship.


  • Can I sell your branded products on retailers/marketplaces such as 

No unfortunately not as we have existing relationships with most of the major online retailers in South Africa. We are open to supply you with private label branded products with your own branding/logos, which you can sell on these platforms.
